ABSTRACK

Correlation of CEO Motivation and Employee’s Commitment upon of employee Performance, Employee’s of east java reginal office of religion affairs.
This study is aimed describing correlation the effect of variable of motivation and employee’s commitment upon employee performance. This is an exlplanatory quantitative reseach using stratified random sampling. The analysis unit is Employee;s of east java regional office of religion affairs, stratified base is education level of employee;s. Reaching a population of 195 employe;s of which 62 employee’s are seleted samples. Data analysis testing were donr correlation analysis by SPSS for Windows. The results show that The CEO Motivation variable has significant correlation upon the variable employee performance. The result show that employee’s commitment variable has significant correlation upon the variable employee performance. The correlation of CEO Motivation variable toward the variable employee performance is 0,772. The correlation employee;s commitment variablr toward the variable employee performance is 0.695.
